Unfortunately, We do not accept refunds considering products could be damaged after being consumed, which we have no control over. What we best recommend to decrease any harm to the product is to make sure to contact local service providers. As well as filling out a contact form to let us know how we can improve our product. All products of Spring Pops will be carefully looked over before shipping so there may be no issues for our customers when they receive their merch.
